About Us

I'm Natalie Summers, and I look forward to the opportunity to serve you in anything real estate.

Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, I moved to Idaho as a child and spent most of my life in the Boise area, until moving back to my hometown in the heartland with my daughter in 2023 to find healing following the loss of my teenage son. 

​

Though newly licensed in the state of Iowa, I obtained my Idaho real estate license 20 years ago. I co-purchased my first rehab property at 19, and purchased my first solo property at 21. I have grown my real estate portfolio over the years to include multi-unit long-term rental property, single family residence rental property, and short-term vacation rental property across the US. I have experience in a variety of investment properties and enjoy the creative aspect of rehab of distressed or outdated homes.

I spent 16 years in the automotive/corporate world, managing marketing and advertising for large auto dealer groups across the west. My experience includes extensive digital and traditional marketing and advertising strategies which I leverage now in my true calling as a realtor.

In my personal life, I crave travel, road trips, and random adventures with my daughter, enjoy photography & creative design, and buy/sell antiques & vintage jewelry to satiate my love of history. I also started a cause in honor of my son called Change for Charlie, and am occasionally involved in anti-trafficking work.

I prefer mountains over the beach, love the quiet of rural living, and have traveled to/through 45 states and 10 countries (my favorite will always be Italy). I have two Mini Schnauzers - Maggie & Daisy Mae, and a cat named Finnegan.

Oh, and I've also had a lifelong love of classic cars.
